Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this...
I am leaving Korea and have an appartment available in In Gangnam-Gu 2 mins walk from Daechong subway station (line 3).
It is available on the 10th Feb and I have furniture to sell too (including a brand new bed) if you are interested?
Rent is 300,000W PCM and the privaet landlady who lives upstairs is very nice. Leaves a bag of fruit and food outside my door sometimes!

| I'm interested, but what's the catch here? 300k/month in one the highest-priced neighborhoods in Seoul? What about deposit? Perhaps you could post some specs on the apartment for any interested parties. |

| Daechong Station is in Ilwon Dong, not Daechi Dong. Perhaps he meant to say the Apartment complex is called Daechi Apart, which oddly enough isn't in Daechi Dong but just a stones throw away. |

Lived there for 3 and 1/2 years and loved it. |
