Ew. Cut down on your salt and do some Pilates for 5-10 minutes a day, Cankles. |

Water retention. To avoid water retention, you must drink LOTS of water!
(and yes, cut out salty foods) |

not getting enuf of that but brought more bottles tonight...forgot that..didnt have the problem at home but drank a lot of water a day... |

Only after a quick trip home. Drink lots of water, no salt, no caffeine, and raise your feet when you can. If you're young and healthy, it'll resolve. |

I got the nastiest case of cankles EVAH.. I kickbox so its natural.. That and my abnormaly giagantor calves. |

I'm not in Korea yet but I have this problem quite a bit, especially when it gets hot. As other people have mentioned I find drinking TONS of water to help some. There are also some vegetables that are natural diurectics. I believe cucumbers and asparagus are a couple. |
