I applied for my pension refund before I left Korea this time, and they said that they would have it in my Korean bank account before I left on January 17th.....

I guess they were mistakenly optimistic...

Anyways, does anyone have an email address that they've used to contact someone from the pension office because I'm wondering if they made a mistake or if they're just running a bit behind schedule..
