My director makes the evil white queen of Narnia look like the sunshine princess of Funny land.....
Thats all i wanted to say....
Maybe you've met her..... The room heaters freeze up whenever she enteres the room... and she can fatally slow the heart beat of any bystanders just with a simple wrathful glance.... |

Does she bark at the adult students with contempt and beat them until they beg "thank you ma'am, may I have another"?
I cannot understand why her class hasn't all quit the school since she took over. I guess it's the Korean mentality, the more rude somebody is the more respect they deserve. Or the angrier they are, the more you must be learning from them. Or something. |

Could be related to mine.... Mine is so incredibly sickly sweet to mothers but like the left hand demon of satan to staff and students.... ..... except for students who just so happen to be the spawn of fellow health-club and/or nude goat sacrifice (or what-ever-the-hell other activities she gets up to) goers.... Those students...well.... There is a definite pecking order here.... and lets just say that we, as teachers- espceially foreign teachers, are located well in the slimy depths of the hierachy...
What is it with menopausal women wearing horrible long red fingernails and animal fur coats???? Is it a deliberate act to try and look like somebody who might slaughter puppies and kittens for fun? Cruella Whatshername from 101 dalmations... eat your heart out.... I take that back..... My director's heart turned into a black putrid mass of gelatinous arsenic a long time ago.... |

Evil Penguin, you speak as if you don't like your job very much!
Why are you still here? Just curious...
I really admire anyone who is willing to live in another country, teaching... excuse me... babysitting spoiled brats whilst answering to a hateful Korean boss with a split personality. All the money on this freezing peninsula would not be enough to keep me here if I had to put up with all that.
I feel really fortunate. The students don't speak Korean and my director is not an A$$ kisser. He actually expells students(no refund to the parents). The down side is, I feel as though my salary is on the low end but I'm here for university credit and not so much for money. Could it have been God's intervention? |

| Once you start seeing these people for the baffoons that they are they look a lot more harmless. Nothing throws them off their game more than westerners who are completely unimpressed with their performance. |

Thats why i resigned.... Would have done the bolt (the old midnight run.) ..except somehow it just didn't sound honest.....despite the brief feeling of satisfaction it might have brought......
Nah Did the two months notice...and am spending the next last two weeks of work dreaming about open roads and open country back in australia...

Nah, since i stopped believing in him, he has taken a definite dislike to me and does his absolute best to screw around with me....
Anyway, even God would be terrified of the evilness of my director.... One glance at her scowling deathly countenance would cause God's flowing white beard to retreat back up into his facial follicles... |

Nah, in summertime she also spits out flames from her nostrils and it kinda compensates for the icey looks of death and actually increases the room temperature to quite noticable levels.... |

She has tight permed hair and blood red lips
And a heart that pumps cold ice
A face that'd scare a demon from hell
And a demeanour far from nice
She wears a fur coat (made from puppies I think)
Red lacquer applied to her nails
A look in her eye like someone who might
torture kittens and chew on their tails
When she walks into school, the children all flee
the staff all tremble and cower
Her entrance preceded by the stench she wears
the perfume in which she must shower
Where-ever she goes, a chill strikes the air
and kids all hysterically cry
The paint cracks on walls and windows all break
and the lights start to flicker and die
When pay day arrives, the question is thought
"will she pay us or spit in our face?"
We grovel on knees and hold out our hands
But all clutch a tissue in case
She is ......

My director is more evil than your director. |
I don't have a director; I have a principal. Once in a while she graces our school with her presence. I see her on the staff room floor about once a month, and I have yet to see her on a classroom floor. Apart from inviting important looking people in suits to visit her office I'm not quite sure what she does. |
