I need to buy an Incheon/LAX ticket quickly - and Itaewon is the best location for me (thought it seems the Chongno area has more selection). Anyway, I've seen post for Unique - are there any other agencies in the area that are of high quality?

I think limiting yourself to Itaewon is a mistake, I've just had some very very good service from TOP TRAVEL in Itaewon, actually the best I've ever had from a travel agency anywhere. So I'm going to broadcast..
