We've all used P2P and bit torrent to download music, movies, games, etc.
Have you ever wondered what your illeagal booty is worth?
Well, you can find out here.
Mine came to $9824.59
From the web sight:
The moral of this story
Many of you who actually used this thing will have come up with totals in four digits or higher. But do you actually HAVE that much money? Have you ever? And if you did have the money, would you have bought all that stuff legitimately? Even if it was a simple download? I doubt it.
The point I'm making is that only a small percentage of illegal downloads are in fact lost sales. Piracy isn't theft. It's piracy. There's a big difference. |

Maybe this should be in the Technology forum, but I've yet to get a Bit Torrent client to work.
Perhaps I'm getting impatient in my old age, but they don't seem very user-friendly.
I just fired up BitTornado and it still appears to be doing nothing.
Any recommendations? |

Thanks for the link. Looks really nice and easy to use.
I just need to configure my security software. I've had so many problems in the past,
I'm over-protected. Like using a box of condoms for one romp. |

After calculations, an email is sent directly to the department that deals with illegal copying and the cops will be knocking soon |
