| Actually what I have in mind is more a thin wallet that you can hang around your neck on a chord. Would someone sell this sort of thing at Incheon International? |

| airport is probably your best bet -- not sure where you would get one in seoul. |

They have them all over in Namdaemoon Market. Any of the suitcase/purse selling market stands will have what you're looking for.
A quick 10 minute walk from Seoul Station will get you there and it'll cost you under 10,000 to buy what you're looking for, easily. |
