hello, Im back
I definatley leaving this time
I need to know the best way to ship things back home
I have a lot or art that I want to take home (some is quite big) and cant post it. What are other methods of sending things home?
I contacted a freight company, but they are expensive
any other ideas??

Your choices are:
1. Freight - can get pricey and confusing (paper work).
2. FedEx and Other Related Shipping - very very expensive
3. Normal Korean Post - Ok so so price.
4. Take some on the plane.
My advice use the Korean Post Office. Ship it by surface and go the limit if possible.

Um you can ship it by hiring part of a container. Ads for this are always in the Korean English newspapers. They will come round and give a quote.
You could also send by unacompanied air freight. Just use any airliner operating to Australia. This way you have to pick up from the freight department at which ever airport you send it to in Australia. Price is fairly good and it's quick. Send a week before you go home and it should be waiting for you. |
