| I got offered a position at Seocho (Gangnam) English Park - Seocho-gu Government office project, which is listed as a Government Project - English Camp. I've been told they are new and opening in Sept. Has anyone heard anything about this? |

Heh, I participated in a focus group for this place over the winter. They were in the planning stages at that point. It's good to see it's finally coming around.
However, Seocho-gu government had some interesting ideas of what they expected of foreigners. Like...8 hours of contact time, with another 2 hours of face time, 5 days a week for 2.0 if I recall correctly. I had to set them straight with that.
What are the specifics of the job they offered you? |

| The offer now stands at 5 hrs teaching time and 3 hrs of what I'm told will be personal time, but at work, 5 days a week for 2.0 M. Mondays are off, so you'd work either Saturday or Sunday, and you get paid extra for that, I believe somewhere in the neigbhorhood of 30,000. |
