1) Is the Korean consulate in Fukuoka open on Monday ? Since Sunday is the Korean New Year and all
2) Do the Japanese celebrate Lunar New Years ? |

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that most Korean overseas governmental agencies would follow the Korean holidays. That is, they'll be closed for the three days. If I were you, I'd call the Fukuoka office and ask them directly. |

Nope, it's not on of the major 3 holidays (Solar New Year, Golden Week: april or may, or Obon:August). You should be ok, but I would call first. |

It WILL NOT be open
Any day that is a holiday in korea the consulate in any country(this would mean the Korean consulate in Fukuoka) will have the holiday off as well..
Monday being a red day(holiday) it will not be open and as it is a Korean consulate it will be closed as well..
i am 100% certain on this |
