They can only dream. But you have paid the money to see one of UK's finest, why not gear up for the concert with some
genuinely fine live music this Saturday, January 21, at the Big Electric Cat! After a hiatus, The Penetrators are back with a vengeance. Show starts at 10, and a mash of new indie songs guaranteed to make a little showaddywadywaddy~!!! |

Wow, Facemaker's 303rd post is NEGATIVE .... I'm SO surprised. Just think my son, in all that time spent blogging you could have gotten together with some of your geeky mates and been sounding like a bad version of that fantastic Korean punk band by now^^!! You know, that band that writes all those great songs ... and tours the world ..... and ... is ... really .... famous .. oh, never mind. |

YOU obviously haven't been keeping abreast of what's happening in the Penetrators camp. www.seoulpenetrators.com, and the Pens were NEVER from Itaewon. YOU are from Itaewon. Are you now going to tell me what Oasis is thinking? Are YOU an expert on Oasis? What band are you in, Race Traitor? What do you know ... about anything? |

I'm sorry, I'll take a more serious look around your page. As soon as I stop laughing at this:

Awwwww - THAT'S a bit mean-spirited ha ha ha... and a bit of an over-the top attack from your complete anonymity, but thankfully the Pens are all ABOUT being over the top. What puzzles me, though, is your motivation, Race Faker. I know you're a big "fan" of music ...did someone make a pass at your mother or girlfriend at a gig? I think maybe you ARE in a band!!! Good for you, dude!! Who do you play with? I'll bet you guys rock, and have ample reason for your saying something EVERY time we post ha ha ha. More pics available at www.seoulpenetrators.com, and see you all on Saturday!!! |

I just went to your website and was so eager to hear what the buzz was all about, but no mp3s! What's up with that? How'bout something for us expats stuck in the sticks. I definitley think some downloadable tidbits are in order. If one was so inclined, and I ain't sayin' I am, one could gather from your website that you guys are a bunch of posers. Now I would never say that until I actually heard your musical thoughts. As my dear old father used to say, "if you're gonna talk the talk, then you better be prepared to walk the walk. Come-on boys throw us a bone here. Let us hear what ya got!!!! |

Interesting choice of words. Are you setting me up to mention this?

Congratulations, Race Faker!! I had no idea ....what do you play, and when do you guys leave? I hope you take 'em by storm!! So which songs did you write? I know you aren't a poser, and have worked HARD for your success, so good luck out there.
Sadly, we have yet to enter the studio for you live music lovers out in the 'burbs, but if you ever want to venture to Seoul, you know the time and place this Saturday!!! |

I'll spare you the embarrassment of admitting you don't know who the Geeks are. They'll be back in February to play some real music. |

But .. but ... if they are over THERE, and you are still HERE ... then - oh, I get it, you AREN'T in the band, you are just some guy who posts negative stuff on our thread..... all the time. That's cool. Well, at least you know what REAL music is ...

Given all the threads that Scarsdale Yank posts about his band, I have yet to see a review.
Has anyone here gone to see this band?
ANYONE?
Can we get a review, or even a set list (I'm assuming you are a cover band)? |

I've seen them two times. They did a great job actually. They even did some requests. During intermission I talked to several of the band members. They were down to earth people.
I guess if you want to see if they walk the walk...you should go see them play. Otherwise your credibility posting (complaining) in this thread is basically nil. |
