I was browsing through good ol' Kscene magazien the other day and I noticed a tiny add for Gaelic football in Seoul. I've never played, but it looks interesting. Anyone know anything about it? |

Mens and womens teams train and play regularly.
Even get to travel to play overseas occasionally.
Some take it (the game) very seriously! |

Gaelic football is a traditional Irish game involving fifteen players on opposing teams, the game is very fast a sort of a mixture between soccer, rugby, and hand-ball, and the sojukettle is right it is taken very seriously. The local team in Korea are Seoul Gaels , you can see a report on their recent activities on seoulshamrocks.co.kr it's a fantastic game and the social scene involved is not bad too. Hope this helps. |
