Did you ever have a middle school class pretty much under control and working perfectly then in comes this new student who starts talking Korean when he wants and gets others to engage? He just doesn't realise. He thinks I'm maybe nothing, but is starting to clue in, but continues. He doesn't know that all hell will break loose. I love it.

Do you know why I love it? Because it gives me the opportunity to unleash all my bulit up anger and frustration on him at any given moment. Ha, ha, ha (evil laugh).

Come on now, you don't really have any built up anger and frustration do you? After all you work in a hakwon and not a evil public school. Laughing Laughing

Getting near end of contract and my winter classes that I was going to have just don't seem to be panning out. Hmmm. The one teacher who seems to be getting the only classes in the morning is actually working illegally. Makes me angry. I do get 5 hours/wk OT and my boss offered me 100,000 more to stay, but I just can't get over the fact that he's pocketing my taxes of which I pay too much (3.7%). I asked him to tax me correctly on the next contract. Guess I'll have to get him later on that. Or time it right. Anyway, those kinds of things just get to me. Arghh!

These bosses try, don't they? I'm not the average joe though. When that new medical insurance thing came up he said something to the effect of paying back. Like paying from my start date last March. Like he would want to pay half of that. I just said "No!". I looked it up and found out that there is mandatory healt insurance now, but you only have to pay from Jan 2006. That's BS too though for obvious reasons. He was just trying. Got me angry. They get expenses for other things and they look for other avenues to eliminate that. If I sign on, he's probably expecting that he won't have to pay flight money. Ha! Another thing is that he mentioned something about taxes for a 2-week job I did at LG. Comes down to it that I didn't work there legally because I didn't get the stamp in my passport and on the back of my ARC. Tax my butt.

I've never been paid late (well, one day late), but I've been lied to and over promised on some things.

I did, however, make 3.6 million last month. That's pretty good.

Look at me ramble. Like another poster said, not only do you have to be a teacher, but you also have to be a lawyer.

Still don't want to do the public school thing though. That's better left in others hands.
