Hey anyone out there that knows how to use access? I have a couple of questions.

I haven't used MS Access for awhile.

My main question is I don't want to reenter data. How do you establish relationships between existing data?

Then I want to make a form where I just have open up a pull down where I can get the data from. Making sense?

thanks

I used to do alot of that and now I dont do much. My life is better now.
You leave alot of questions.

You can import data, that way you don't have to re enter data. is that what you are talking about?

umm thanks...I think I have figured it out.

It has more to do with combo boxes...remember those things? Well, I am trying to bring data into the box that will be stored for later reports. Remeber doing that? Relationships need to be established between the different tables.
