Thought it was only fair for the ladies to have their own poll as well.

I felt that GI's should have their own category considering many gals have a thing for the jarheads.

I had to say British. I've heard that generally pommie guys are sexist slobs, but it seems like whereas for other nationalities all the dreggs in the male gene pool end up in Korea it is the opposite for the Brits. The British chaps I've met here been, on average, more attractive, more sexy, more interesting, more intelligent and more mentally hinged.

As a straight guy (so no real interest in the poll) I will agree that the British guys I have worked with in Korea have come across as nice gentlemanly type of guys. Good guys to work around and trust.

I'm surprised at the votes for Brits- maybe I've just met the wrong sort, but the ones I have met have all been ignorant, belligerent drunks. ( not met any from this site though)

*smug*

The Brits are winning. This will be one of the few occasions as a dual-nationality Brit/Irish that I will consider myself British!! Laughing

From a very personal point of view I think what impresses people about the Brits is that we don't wear our hearts on our sleeves like our North American cousins. You guys are exposed to too much Oprah etc. Do you have to biatch openly about everything you don't like!!??

The Brits/Irish repress!! We bottle it up!

Short term..we look cool. Long term....don't wanna think about it.

This is too hard.

Canadians. Never dated one. The ones I've met have either been really cool or the nationalist idiots.

Koreans are fun and sweet. They have the whole hairless thing going on which I love. On the down side they tend to be all hot and heavy and then you never hear from then again. Also have some weird cultural issues. From my experience, size doesn't appear to be an issue after things get hot and heavy. Also there are plenty of them.

GIs. Nice bods, fun, know how to treat a lady. They always have interesting stories but on the downside their schedules mean you don't see them that often.

Non GI Americans. Fun, good drinking buddies, make you breakfast in the morning (kiwi guys take note).

Kiwis. Although never done in Korea I've done Kiwis back home. Kiwis are great because there isn't all this dating malarkay that seperates friends with privledges from girlfriends. They see, they conquer, they come. But they don't make you breakfast in the morning.

Scots and Irish men could read the phonebook and I'd find that sexy. I love their accents Never dated any though.

English . As my last serious b.f was english and was also a smoker, grumpy and bad in bed, I feel some what prejudiced. However I'll never discount a whole group of men on the basis of one bad experience.

Aussies. On the basis of some drunken one night stands in Aussie they rock!

So to summarize: I like men. Doesn't matter where they are from, I'll give 'em a whirl.

In Korea us English gents are widely called 'shinsa' '' Which basically mean gentlemen Laughing. Personally I'm glad that it not just Korean taxi drivers that have such a high opinion of us British-English guys.

To be fair the freak-weirdo teachers weygookin I've met here have been from all over the English speaking world. I don't know what girls find attractive about us British guys, but I'm not complaining! It is very flattering.

I can understand the girls into GI thing as those military types need to be physically fit and a lot of girls are into 'fit' guys. Brainwise some of the military seem a little dumb, airforce and MI types excluded of course, it's the 'grunts' who are often stupid. Some guys are into stupid though fit girls too.

Personality is more important than looks in a adult relationship anyway. We all get old and ugly one day, a good personality lasts for ever.

Nooooo, if you catch a guy watching Oprah, you just assume he has crappy taste in TV- the same as you would if you caught a female friend watching it.

Seriously, what's with all the bitterness towards white women around here lately- I thought we'd be due for Korean male bashing by now Rolling Eyes

I'd have to agree. Rotary is certainly nice with the quietness, that cool feeling, and ease of cleaning. But for my sensitive skin and Greek god-like sculpted jaw and neckline, nothing cuts closer or smoother than the foil of my Braun Activator.

I can't pick just one. I can understand the choice if you are married to someone, you would pick that group. But being single I don't look for a certain nationality in a guy.

If I think he's cute and he's nice and he likes me and he's cool, then who cares where he's from.

Unless of course he's Korean and has deep cultural issues like my ex-boyfriend....haha *grinning*.
