A friend emailed me this. I have basically no knowledge about it except what the film says at face value.

Fact or Fiction?
A blend of both with some unsupportable conclusions drawn from the mix.

Info on this documentary can be found here:

Factual accuracy

The film states that the Empire State Building was hit by a B-52 bomber in 1945. It was actually a B-25 Mitchell, which, in contrast to the B-52, actually existed in 1945. The producers of the video have acknowledged their error and published corrections.

Extensive debunking of the film's theories regarding the damage to the Pentagon has been published by Snopes.com, an urban legend site. Snopes has also dedicated articles to claims of insider trading before 9/11, another claim featured in the film.

9/11 Truth Movement Criticisms

Loose Change has been criticized as disinformation within the 9/11 Truth Movement itself [1]. For example, a primary concern of many in the movement is the promotion by films such as Loose Change and In Plane Site, that a commercial jet did not hit the Pentagon [2], [3], [4]. The film suggests that an equal number of people reported a small plane and a helicopter as reported a 757. In reality, dozens and dozens of people (nearly 100 documented online) cited seeing the large airliner and some even specifically noted it was a 757, while only 2 witnesses, located some distance from the scene, reported thinking it was a small plane [5]. Not a single witness ever reported seeing a missile, however, Loose Change suggests a missile may have been fired.

The film also advances the idea that Flight 93 never made it to Shankesville, Pennsylvania, but was instead replaced or swapped by a drone plane and that the passengers were taken to an empty NASA research center [6]. Critics note that there is virtually no evidence for such a claim, and that many witnesses reported seeing and hearing the plane at the crash site

Wow, it's pretty common knowledge the Empire State was hit by a bomber during WWII. How can anyone not drunk or high and without access to google make a documentary that calls it a B52 jet?

The maker's research and critical thinking skills have to be seriously, seriously called into question at that point and make the viewer wonder how well he understood the rest of the material before him.

Well, this is the second edition of the video. They left in points which have been conclusively dismissed since the release of the first edition- what does that tell you about their integrity and/or research skills?

The clincher for me is that this is on Igotthisguitar's list of all-time greats...
