Okay, I asked my Korean coworkers why the Christmas trees were still up in January and they said, "maybe they aren't done with it." Well, now it's February and the Christmas trees are STILL up at my work place and around town. So what is UP with this? What on earth can you do with a Chrismas tree or decorations in February. How many of you are STILL seeing Christmas decorations around? Confused I'm tempted to tear it down at my work and stick up a bunch of Valentine decorations. How hard can it be to put up a few hearts?

I've still got the tree and decorations up at home. In a fit of laziness I decided to leave them up until the Lunar New Year. These days I barely stand up long enough to take a leak let alone do any housework so they're still there.

Nobody visits me anyway so I might leave them up all year -save myself an hour or two.

I found it hilarious that they only started to sell advent calendars on the 20th of December and they are still selling them now. I explained to my kiddies the 12 days of Christmas mean you have to take down decs before the 12 days are up or you'll be unlucky for the rest of the year. They looked well surprised.
