I'm coming to Seoul from Australia.

A few questions:

1 - Should I bring a gift for my boyfriend's parents? If yes, what? I've read the 'gift' thread...but this is for the PARENTS. We don't know if we'll get married. So I don't want to seem over-eager, but I want to impress a little bit, in case I have to look after them until their old age. Shocked
It can't be honey, my family sent back buckets of it with my boyfriend when he went home.

2 - Can I buy a cake tin in Seoul? (Sorry about that one)

3 - Has anyone visited the islands off Inchon? How's the camping there?

I'd say yes, bring a gift for the parents. If you don't know yet if you'll get married, are you sure that you will be meeting them though? Most people don't meet the parents until they are planning on getting married here, so it's a bit different. Something nice, but utilitarian would be a good gift. Your boyfriend is probably the best person to give you info about that. I'm sure that they would enjoy seeing pictures of you with your family and friends at home too, so bringing an album (as a gift, or just to show them) would be appreciated as well.

I've read that it's not the norm to meet the parents unless you're to marry, but I've assumed that I'll meet them. My boyfriend at one stage told me, "You can stay with my family!" (For three months!). I said, "Are you sure?". "Yes! Of course! Why not?". About a week later he told me, "Oh, sorry, I made a mistake. My mum said you're very welcome to visit, but not to stay." Phew! Wise woman. Anyway, so I guess I will be meeting them.
