"yongareul poji naiyo"

is this really a sentence? i am pretty sure a girl said it to me tonight i was walking home from work... the first is "English language", the second is colloquial Korean for a woman's special purpose... ? and nai-yo... wtf... maybe i misheard her...

What is boji in Korean? Can you type it?

Naiyo may have been ׿, which is a conjugation meant to express a thought without expectation of a response.

Also, I'm curious about something. Did you stop and talk to her, or did she just say something to you as you passed her on the street?

It's kind of like your avatar, if you know what I mean.

I'm no languagician, but I've noticed that when Koreans say to one another "Moji?" as in "How do I say that?" it sometimes sounds like "Boji." I'm just sayin', is all... I'm just sayin'."

If that's the case, then the OP seems to have the same condition as that one kid in the Korean movie 'Wet Dreams' who gets an erection every time he hears a word that sounds like 'boji.' Anybody else see that?

i think she was hot... i am not sure i had my hood up as it was windy and lots of girls look at me on the street... so i play coy and stare through them... hahaha Rolling Eyes i remember she had the the typical short skirt and tights, nice hair, etc.

anyway... i had just learned what "boji" meant the other day and well... yeah... maybe it was an auditory hallucination...

there are a lot of soju houses and room salons/hostess bars in my neighborhood (Seomyeon) so i think the girls here have a bit of brass...

i didn't stop to talk to her as she was inbetween two other girls (you know the whole arm in arm 3 wide mass agassi that moves slowly and blocks foot traffic) and it took me a minute to piece together what i thought she had said...

i need to learn a bit more, strike that, a lot more Korean before i approach a girl like that...

i'll post further if i see her again tonight although its not likely
