She's written a couple of decent novels, but aside from the Handmaids tale, they tend to blur together into an archetpal angry woman novel. ( why hasn't she had anything selected by Oprah yet?) |

Handmaid's Tale was required reading as an English undergrade for me. (There are actually Cliffnotes on it, the sign of good literature )
I've also read Wilderness Tips, where her short stories come across strong.
But come on Canada, is that the best you got? |
