An ISP is an Internet Service Provider.
They are the people you give money to in return for internet access.

An ISP is a company like KT, Hanaro or Megapass etc. that you pay to connect to their network. They in return give you a unique IP adrress on the WWW that is your own, but it can and does change since its dynamic. |
