I was the only person living in my apartment building until about two months ago. I used to receive and pay the bills myself. Today I found out that I will no longer be getting my own bills to pay, but one bill for both gas and water will be prepared for the whole block.
I live alone and in the other apartment is a guy who works at my school his wife and their daughter.

Does anyone else have to share the bills with other people in their building? How do u decide who pays what?
