Happened upon a site that offered great info. about recruiters, scams, etc. Although the experiences concern ESL teachers interested in teaching in China, the info. is equally transposable to Korea.

Offers a quick "refresher" for even the seasoned. For as most know, one is likely to get the shaft when one is most comfortable, regardless of time spent in-country. The infomation on this site provides a good reminder as to the mindset of recruiters.

The variance in pay scales offered through recruitment outfits to what is really being offered by legitimate schools, is astounding. Are Korea based recruiters raking in as much as their Sino counterparts?

This guy has done a great job.
