May be you can go to the TV website, find their programme to see if they introduce these folks and may be they have contact details?

What are the names of the programmes and the channels that they are shown?

You can go to the EBS site (or whatever network), and usually they have message boards for the shows. You can write a message on the board. Otherwise, you could always go to the HDQ (EBS is at Maebong Stn) and go to the kid's floor. For EBS it's the 6th floor, I think- anyway, once you get off on the floor, there is a display case, and it's obvious it's the kid's programming floor (there's a poong poongie doll, etc.). They can help you. You could even score some txt. to one of the shows if you go to the HDQ- they'll be more likely to hook you up than if you just call. As for getting a personality to come to a party, I'd be prepared to shell out some $$$. Cool idea for a kid's party, Ody! =)

i am now looking into Korean performers (not tele. personalities), specifically a magician. so far i've been advised that it'll cost 300,000 won for an hour or maybe half an hour (he really wasn't sure). Shocked

What are the chances of a photo of that, winkle? I'm intrigued.
