hey all
i was just wondering what is the maximum someone has had to wait to have their e2 processed...i have been waiting about 3 or 4 weeks for the office in daegu to process mine and then i am not sure if my school wants me to pick it up in nz or japan

I use Daegu all the time and the longest it has taken me to get a visa processed is 4 days and the quickest is 2 days. daegu is the most efficent immigration office I have come across in Korea.
I think the delay has more to do with your school than anything else. |

thanks for your reply! i havent heard anything from my school in 2 weeks so i have been getting worried..i have signed a contract and was meant to be there a couple of weeks ago...
should i apply at other schools maybe?? |

Drop them a note and see what the delay is. I would also start looking at other schools.
GEPIK is still looking for Elementary teachers for an April 1 start as well.
If you want a hakwan recomendation and like to teach kindergarten (large school - 9 foreign teachers and 20 korean staff) then drop me a line. |
