| My wife was born and raised in Korea. 7 years ago we got married in Korea and then moved to Canada. 4 years later she got her Canadian citizenship. We came back to Korea last year. She has her f4 visa. My question is: Would I qualify for a f2 visa? |

| Sure, but then it wouldn't be an F2. It'd be a family visa (can't remember name) and I'm not sure about thelegalities of working on one. |

An F2-1 is a marriage visa. Thats the only way it can be obtained. If your wife got her citizenship back then you could get it. |
