What would be considered a fashion desaster to you?

To me;

A green silk button down shirt with bright purple corturoy pants

For me it's gotta be asia's disco king who is #1 in more ways than he realizes.

I'm thinking he can afford better sunglasses and I'm wondering why his hair-stylist hasn't been sent to a NK gulag...

Ratings week idea #5: Queer Eye for the Straight Guy: Pyongyang

I call this the white guy in korea look, where it an you'll fit right in (while looking like a hobo)

Get yourself:

1) acid wash jeans (didn't look good even when there were in fashion 20 years ago)

2) white tennis shoes which are about to fall apart

3) faded cheesy souvenir t-shirt from thailand (i'm such a well travelled and cultured dude)

4) top it off with the omipresent black leather jacket (the same one that might have actually looked ok when they bought it in 1985)

Don't forget about the haunted look in his eyes and the faint hint of desperation beading on his forehead. You can watch him as he jaywalks across the street looking guilty as he rushes to his next tutoring class with his frayed backpack over one shoulder.

-Note to teachers: Get rid of the backpack... Are you 14 years old?

Knee socks with high heels. Ick. Knee socks are for school girls, if you are wearing high heels you are too old for the knee socks.

Yeah. "Disaster" isn't one of those tricky English words to spell. If you've graduated with a BA and you haven't learned how to spell disaster properly, you probably don't have any real business teaching English anywhere in the developed world.

I like the new spelling. It's how you feel after you've walked around all daying seeing all those women dressed up in thier school girl wanna-be outfits complete with knee socks, clown skirt ( I dont know if its call that but it looks that way with those pleats), and conservative K-girl sweater...

You're thinking, this place is a fashion deeeesaster

I really love the pinstripe business suits with a pinstrip shirt and tie and the dress pants which have a tapered leg.

Can't they understand that too much pinstripe is wrong, and its ok to wear a plain shirt instead.

I don't get it.

I can't believe that no one's mentioned Ugg (Ugh) boots yet.

They're ug-ug-UGLY!

It's like they skinned the nearest roadkill and pulled the hides over their feet!

Where's the "vomit" emoticon?
