I want to join a sports team - don't really care what sport... well I mean a running about outside type sport.

I see lots of mens teams out and about but never for the girls - unless it's on a semi-professional level.

Anyone know something I don't???

that is for ultimate frisbee and they meet once or twice a week. It is a pretty easy sport to pick up and they are welcoming to new people.
