I wasn't too sure if you wanted Korean answers. Sometime in the near future Skunk is going to release another compilation with their principal bands.
The country to watch right now for punk is China. Beijing's scene is overflowing with young punks. So far not much of the music has been particularly quality, but they're enthusiastic. |

Actually, the link that you posted thought me that there is real music being played in Cheongju. I thought the closest thing they to a live music scene in Chungbuk was all the church gospel bands. |

Are you kidding? Chungju has an awesome scene. All the best hardcore bands in the country are from there. It can't compete with Seoul, but that tiny town beats out Busan, Daegu, and Daejeon by light years.
