comfortable/enjoyable?
This idea was put forward in a recent thread, but quickly lost momentum when an argument developed (over whether socializing at work was for losers or not). I think that angle has now already been covered.
What about other factors such as reducing prep time, saying no to the boss's excessive demands and adding comfortable accessories to your classroom/workspace?
Any thoughts? |

Try to find new ways to ensure your students learn and have fun at the same time (for kids).
Learn the basic rules of work interaction in Korea (this will avoid you many pitfalls and agravation that you need not have or fall into).
Try and get along with your co-teacher(s).
Eat lunch outside of your school (nice to get out a bit).
Organize activities you enjoy at work (ex: field trips with students).
Personalize your classroom (pictures maybe).
Organize your class prep to maximise your output and perhaps free up some time. |
