Does KEB bank offer an international ATM card? If they do, what's the deal on them?
Any assistance on this enquiry would be gigantically appreciated! |

Well...I have my own answer to my question now (since I've been to KEB today) and I'll disburse it here. I was informed, in a somewhat decorous manner (startlingly) That KEB bank no longer extends international cards to foreigners. An explanation was not offered as the teller wasn't able to express herself loquaciously enough in English.
Now, I've heard (on this forum) that Hanna and KB bank have International cards which foreigners have secured. Is this still the case in the present or does this late-breaking restriction apply to all banks in Korea? |

Is this a recent development? I've got an international card from KEB but that's 4 years ago now. They continue to give it to me whenever I lose it though.... so I don't know. |
