So I'm driving South along in the Jungro area, where there is this funky tunnel going under some building. Just before the tunnel, two lanes merge into one. Actually, the lane on the left isn't supposed to merge, but everyone ends up doing that. So it sort of creates 3 lanes for a short distance, then everyone merges into 2. It's always a mess.

The guy in the van on the left and the guy in the old Hyundai on the right refused to yield to each other. So they just kept inching closer, and closer, and closer. Speed was about 1 km/h, if that. They were staring each other in the eye as it happened. It wasn't until the hyundai's mirror dug into the van, that the hyundai stopped. The van proceeded, gouging a big line 3/4 of the way down the right side of the van. I just about crapped my pants laughing at this as they fought -- blocking nearly all traffic. Then, I squeezed into the right lane and drove the heck out of there.

Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Was it "fists-a-flying, rolling-in-the-street" style fighting? Or just "grab-you-by-the-collar-as-i-yell-at-you" style fighting?

It started with the ajosshi from the van getting out and shaking his head and finger at the guy in the Hyundai as if to say, "Your fault." Then the guy in the Hyundai unloaded on him and started pounding on his steering wheel. The ajosshi from the van then leaned back and put his hands on his hips, then pushed his chest up in the classic Korean posturing mode.

I then drove away as swearing continued from the Hyundai.
