| It's a minor point, but a "D" usually represents the lowest passing grade, so it is puzzling why they state that Canada flunked with an "F" and the only other country to flunk was the UK with a "D"... |

Since the Liberals have been in power for the last 12 years, nobody should be surprised. Now we have a new party in power, let's see if they can clean up Canada's act. |
