Hello Costco Members,
Does Costso Seoul sell big things like desks, and do they deliver?
I need to furnish a new apartment. The bed is there already, but I need desk, desk chair, sofa, shelves, easy chair. I think sometimes COSTCO has items like this. It is hit or miss, but when they have something the price is great. I am not even a member now, but it may be worth it since I need to furnish an apartment.
So my question is: can they deliver big items if I buy there?
It is kind of far for me to run and check (and I am not a member and I don't speak Korean yet), so if anyone knows the answer I greatly appreciate it.

they do often have those items but i have no reason to believe they deliver. most stores (atleast in my town) will deliver to a reasonable location. things like dressers and desks can be delivered for free. i dontknow about an oven or fridge, no clue there.

Costco here does sell furniture, but you can get better prices on those things in a neighborhood shop in Korea ( you don't really want to buy a new leather sofa do you?), and they will deliver for free

99.9% of all shops/dealers in Korea will deliver or arrange to have delivered almost anything to almost anywhere. I don't think I'm exaggerating. If they won't, you didn't smile enough.

costco has free delivery within 15km over that and you pay.

Costco has furnitur. The one near Sanbon seems to have more furniture on display thatn the one near to Youngdungpo gu chon.


They will deliver for free within 15 km (or something like htat) and you pay otherwise.

As another poster mentioned, almost all Korean furniture stores will deliever too, especially if you are buying several items form them.

Finally, you may want to as your employers about a regular delivery service, if none of the above options work.
