Just need a quick answer:
Do you have to fulfill your one year contract in order to get your pension refund?

No
You can file for your pension anytime when you are going to leave the country.
You simply need: Your ARC, a one way ticket out of the country, banking information for them to deposit into your account.
4-6 weeks later the money will be in your account. |
