Are E2 visa holders entitled to a korean tax return?

This tax issue is a tough one: My boss is taking 66,000 a month, so I checked on here - most people say I'm getting ripped, then went to the National Tax office, and the regional tax office, and they did not help at all: both said that 66,000 could be correct, and I can't do anything about it until june when I can come in and check to see if my tax has been paid.

I've heard that tax must be paid by April, so how do I go about filing for a tax return, or finding out how much tax has been paid into my tax fund?
