2 in 1 shampoo is almost impossible to find, and wet toilet tissues are not available. |

I'd bring the cold medicine- Korean stuff just doesn't seem as effective, and the toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Everything else- unless you're extremely fussy, you'll find reasonable substitutions here |

korean cold medicine are worthless, it really is a waste of packaging, effort, ingredients....but you can get western stuff at the black market stores, at least if you're in seoul, though it doesn't hurt to bring it with you, since it is expensive. I have seen sensodyne somewhere but if you're teeth are really sensitive, maybe that's something you should bring. There is an equivalent to ambesol, however.
You can get allegra, or allegraD. Apparently, there is also sudafed and actifed, though the Korean sounds more like active pig. However, it's also something that is light and wouldn't hurt to bring with you.
Alexandra, by wet toilet tissue, you mean something other than Wet Ones, right? |

You must be in a pretty remote area. |

Bring lots of deodorant. It's hard to find around here, atleast in my city. And diddo on the cold medicine. I've got a huge bottle of Nyquil, Dayquil and Excedrin inbound from the states as I type. Basically bring whatever you can fit in your case. Shampoo is no problem, I've heard mixed reviews on the toothpaste, but I brought my own. The way I figure, it's better to bring it and not need it than to need it and not have it. But definately the cold medicine. You will most certainly get sick more than once and the Koreans idea of medicine is a cocktail of pills that may or may not have anything to do with making you feel better.

You mean the wet tissues? As a parent, I can assure you they are everywhere. Brands? Huggies, Bosomi, Boryung, Benetton, you name it. Just ask for "' (mul)' tissue" if you can't find the aisle with the diapers. |

Thank you, but that's not what I'm looking for. I can get wet tissues very easily. What I cannot get is wet toilet paper, something that is very common in Europe, but not available in Korea, according to the people I asked so far. |

Thank you very much for helping me out with the 2 in 1 shampoo. I'll pass on the information to my desperate friend.

I've never heard of wet toilet paper in Canada either. |
