Hi,

I am in the process of recruiting a replacement teacher for my hagwon. The replacement has their original transcript, but I've just now learned from a friend that this replacement's transcript has to be in a sealed envelope from their university. Is this also the case if they were to take their documents to the Korean embassy in China or Japan to obtain an E2?

Thanks
Ben

It depends on the immigration officer. I had mine rejected and the person didn't even bother opening the envelope to have a look at them Rolling Eyes

If I could fake the transcripts, how hard would a seal be Rolling Eyes
