Computer and computer parts stuff- prey off the FOBs.
I'd go down to eland, drive a good hard wholesale bargain, cart the stuff back to my Yongsan lair, instantly mark up everything by 25% and put on my best 'honest n' friendly' face.
"Hey man, don't go to the electronic market, those gooks will rip you off!"
Alternately you could substitute "Computer and computer parts" with "clothes", "eland" with "Tongdaemun", and "electronic market" with "Itaewon".
Either would be perfect except that you can be sure somebody is already doing it... |

How about a military youth correction institute for bad Korean chillden?  Drill sergeants can shout at them in English and kick their little asses. Guaranteed results. The kid will be fluent in English and have decent manners upon graduation or money refunded. |

that's a great suggestion coffeeman...but i think we will need a feild to accommodate all these kids not a shop
