Is there a limit to how much you send home through the bank? I've got the number 10million won max but that might be money you physically take home and I'm confusing the two.
Anyways to get around it if that is the limit? |

I believe that is the maximum you can transfer out. If you want to carry that much out there is a big sign at Incheon airport which says if you have 10,000 dollars or more on you you should declare it.
Ways to get around it? Transfer it home in smaller amounts before you leave? |

You can transfer more than 10mil out, that rule was put in during the IMF-era to stem the free-fall of the korean won. Since been abolished, however if you are transferring a lot, then you have to report it. |
