Hello,
I've been working at my place as of 9/2005. The school just informed us today that it is mandatory for native teachers to enroll in the insurance/pension plan. At the time of being hired, I decided against it. They said that I can trace pension and insurace from the time I got hired. I am leaving Korea the end of April. I would like to trace back my pension from the time of being hired for the extra cash when I leave Korea. Do I also have to trace back the insurance as well or can I start as of March? Btw I'm breaking my contract 7 months into it. Will this affect me anyway? Thanks |

I don't understand your use of the word 'trace'.
That sounds to me like you want a record of past employers and your contributions, but you say you have only been here since last fall. Please clarify.
Second, you say you opted out of the program. (I didn't know you could legally do this.) But now you want to get money back from a program that you didn't put any money into because you chose not to join up.
I'm sorry, but I'm totally confused by your post. |
