Are there any nice summertime clean beaches near seoul? If so, where are they, how do you get to them, how long does it take to get there, and how much is the transportation?

You must be joking.

Seoul isn't called the "Rio of Asia" for nothing! The beaches here are like nothing you've never seen!! (and I mean that) Man, the swimsuit contests, the dune-buggy races, the windsurfing! Pack your swimsuit-- NO, wear it under your clothes on the flight over! Cuz the surf's always up here in Seoul! Cool <-- See?

It's only the Rio of Asia because many drivers don't stop at the red lights. In Rio they have a good reason not to...car jackings and kidnappings are extremely common after 6pm. Wink

true. but it's still remote. we went there last year, and it was difficult to get transport out to the better beaches.

here's a map...anmyundo is the green colored area to the left.
