Well, here I am again. Just finished 2 years at the same school and am looking for a new job. Not only do I have no job, which means no more money coming in, but my Korean boyfriend is up to his old tricks again, telling me in an email today that he only thinks of me as a friend. Just 8 days ago, he emailed me saying he hoped I had a nice flight and arrived safely and that he would see me again. One day he wants to be with me and the next day, just friends. Just 2 weeks ago, I prepared a wonderful dinner for him and gave him some gifts before I left Korea and he was so kind and good to me. He just never stops hurting me.

Thank you for your oh so wondeful sympathy. If you were in my shoes now, would you be saying this? I don't think so. Wow!!! We have talked about marriage and he's still not that into me. He sure seemed like he was 2 weeks ago.

P, here's one way to re-evaluate your relationships in Korea thus far: go back and read all your posts you ever made here.
See any patterns?

I don't think I have done this before, but I believe people are sick of giving you any sympathy. You chose your username aptly, but why you choose to blather on about everything on an internet forum is beyond me.

princess,

... When you tell your problems to complete strangers, you cannot expect people to treat you like they would a close friend. I guess that implies that you don't really have any close friends, and this is your way of venting your frustration.. about your korean boyfriend, im not surprised, guys do that sometimes, they want the action, but not the clingyness (sometimes). Just because you've talked about marriage doesnt mean your going to live happily ever after. If he's playing with you, just leave. Unless your self worth is entirely dependent on a boyfriend. in that case..you have more serious issues than a silly boyfriend.

^^

PM me if you want me to put you in touch with either an agent who can land you a job asap or a reasonably handsome, insecure, 27-year-old k-guy (I'm quite serious about the former, btw).
