This is interesting. I remember a while ago a rumor that Disney was in talks about opening a park in Korea and lots of people thought that was someone's crack pipe hallucinations. There's a Disney park in Japan and HK and probably one soon in Shanghai. They're not going to build one in Korea. Well, the rumor mongering came somewhat close.
If you're in Seoul, Busan is a nice ride on the KTX. Makes for a nice get away weekend. Having a really good world class theme park to visit, instead of that Korean half assed approach, would make a visit to Busan even better.

The reporter, of course, hasn't bothered to do his research or try to understand his research. Disneyland is in California. Disneyworld is in Florida. The MGM park is on the Disneyworld grounds.
I do, however, like Universal Studios Florida better than MGM Florida. |
