Doesn't Korea have one of those things? I dunno but I bet Japan has one too.
I don't see what is wrong with the US having one. |

Yep, they are wonderful things.
According to Mr Blair, they prevent benefit fraud, stop illegal immigration and - of course - avoid terrorist activities are impossible.
Whew .... why did we not think of them before? |
