Selva, 46, was initially indicted on 20 counts of rape for sexually assaulting two boys for more than three years. A different judge dismissed that indictment in 2004 because of errors. Prosecutors, instead of seeking a new indictment, opted for a plea agreement.
Do you think this was fair?
As a side note:
Republicans wanted to impreach the judge, but didn't have the support from the democrats. |

All I can say in Oregon the guy probably would have gotten a min 20 years if not more. The laws have gotten progressively tougher there and mandatory minimums are pretty common for violent crimes. |

I posted a similar news story a number of months ago.
Merely a reflection of the wholely rotten nature of the so-called "JUSTICE" system. SHAME & corruption system is more like it.
Would be no huge surprise to have it revealed that this guy was a satanist, *wink* *nudge* freemason / secret society cultist, or otherwise holder of blackmail material on high level public officials.
Why else would "THEY" let someone "get off" so easily? |

Undoubtly, satanists, secret society cultists and what have you's prove to be detrimental to society, however it is George Soros, the ACLU and other far left venues who tend to undermine true justice in the greatest measure.
IGTG, I hate to break this to you, but Satanists are not smart enough or powerful enough to bring about a plot to control the world. It's pride, greed and lust that rules this world and many sing along to it's lullaby. |

First off, since this story has been picked up by resident wingnut Bill O'reilly I would have to view many of the details with a great deal of skepticism. Secondly, the prosecuters made the deal, it seems as though they are trying to pass off their (or the police's) inability to make a good case on the judge. Thirdly, it is the patriots at the ACLU who protect the rights of wingnuts like O'Reilly and fiveeagles to be irrational crazy twits. Since when did the freedoms in the constitution become detrimental to society fiveeagles? Fianally, I agree with u, this SOB deserves to be thrown into the hell of prison gang rape for the rest of his life, but how can you expect justice from a government who puts people in jail for smoking a joint? |

Or from one that uses the hell of gang rape as an extraconstitutional punishment and form of prisoner control? |
