I'm pretty sure that there's a clinic in Itaewon where you could get that done, and of course they will speak English. If you go, post the prices please, my eyebrows could with a bit of a nip and tuck.

Let me know on this one. Send me a PM or post here again if they do a good job. I got some wax kits before and me and my fellow runner/bike monster buddy waxed our legs but I got hella ingrown hairs afterwards and it was painful too. Kinda fun if pain is what you like but I always say"No Pain recruit no pain." or ahhh "No pain No strain." Ummm seriously it might be fun to get lasered by some hot Korean Laser experts you assume they be women cause I doubt Korean women would want some stranger fellow touching their legs. But, if it cost a lot I probably just rather keep shaving them.

www.wooskin.co.kr (as recommended to me by CLG) does Laser Hair Removal, according to the website. Yes, there are English-speaking people working there. You can walk from Seoul Station, or go to Sookmyung Women's Uni subway stop and it's right by Exit 1.

I had ipl hair removal done on my underarms because I can't stand the feeling of hair there. I only went 3 times (you're supposed to go 4-7 times). The hair is softer and lighter, for sure, but it is still there. I guess I should go back. The guy was nice enough and it didn't hurt...that bad. However, I did got the feeling that even if I do the 7 times, the hair might still be there. He kept saying that the best candidate has light skin and dark coarse hair. I do... and I am an esthetician in the States, so I know that. However, he seemed to be saying it meaning...this isn't going to work completely. From everything I've read and researched (and that's a lot), he's right. It really takes an average of 6 times. And will not work on, say, dark skin or light hair. You really have to be the perfect candidate. The process is not perfect yet.

Also, I don't think a reputable doc will do brows. Can't get that close to the eyes...any mistake = instant blindness. You can get electrolosis there, but I would trust that here. That can leave scars pretty easily if not done properly.

PM me if you want the doc's details. It's worth a try and if it works for you, it is way cheaper here than home (well, my home anyway).

I am currently getting laser hair removal, from a man btw. I started at one clinic but changed when the first was reluctant to do all that I wanted. The first doctor was unsure that she wanted to do anything other than my bikini line, despite me being the perfect candidate-as the previous poster said, ghostly with f*&$ing dark hair. What were my parents thinking when they mated? I guess I wouldn't be here otherwise but....anyway, enough of thinking of my parents mating.

This second place isn't quite as good at the numbing gel application, they always go out of bounds with the laser but better thorough, I guess. It is cheaper than back in Canada. I'm still in the middle of it so I can't really tell you much about the end result, though I haven't had to shave my 'pits for a couple of weeks, and you'd never know it. To me that's success.

If you take a walk in Apgu, just keep your eyes open and you'll see lots of laser places. I can give you the name/locale of my guy, if you PM me.

That would be dr woo skin. Been in the business for about 30 years and the english speaking guy goes back to the states regularly to keep up with the best treatments.
