Confused I just googled "newspaper for shoes" AND "latest craze" and I think we're being had here folks! Crying or Very sad

I admit I once wore blue paint + adhesive wood-grain-printed plastic as shoes once, but it didn't catch on.

I was out with my friend on Saturday and she stopped dead in her tracks.

"What?"

"That woman was wearing yellow shoes."

"Okay."

"It's very controversial."

Uhhhh.

I once asked why 70% of the cars in Korea are white. I was told "It's more polite."

I have to ask what your friend says about ajumma pants. You know, those flower print things. Often with plaid blouse.

In a terrible turn of fashion madness, I'm seeing Gangnam girls wearing boxing boots in lurid colors.

I mean real boxing boots which almost reach the knee. It looks completely daft. I don't think any clothes have yet been invented which match flourescent yellow/white boxing boots.

This trend sounds like a bloody godsend!!!
Now I can make my wife all the fashionable shoes she'd ever need, for pennies and a pair, and the money formerly used to fuel her Imelda Marcos-esque predeliction can now go towards something more sensible and practical, a neccessity for improving our quality of life... like this, for instance:

Just try and connvince me that every woman wouldn't look instantly ab fab and stylin' in newspaper shoes on the back of one of those- I dare ya!

I going to have to call into question your taste in vehicles, Mr. Bulsajo. That thing looks like a helmet on wheels.

Holy crap! That almost looks suspiciously like the bike of a friend of a friend.
Get this- Mr. Psycho (who in all other aspects resembles a normal caring human being) A) owns his own garage, and B) drag races bikes.
You know, the bikes with the anti-wheelie bars and the rear tire that looks like it was boosted off of a muscle car.
Anyway, after one too many close calls the wife threatens to divorce him if he doesn't give up bike drag racing.
Being a sensitive guy, he agrees.
HOWEVER, being a psycho, he decides to remove the wheelie bar and put on street tires and (somewhat illegally) certify the bike for street use!
Well, the wife found out about that too.
So now he just watches racing on his home entertainment system.

Ya-ta- that bike in my post is supposed to be- later this year- the first production all-electric superbike. I guess we'll see. I'm thinking it would look pretty cool with some custom BSG2003 art on the fairing, maybe something like this:

Well, I guess you never know where a thread on newspaper shoes can lead until you try...
