Regarding the Summer Camp season that is quickly approaching, I wonder what salary ranges for these are? Also, how much work was expected from you for the salary that you received, and what qualifications were expected?
I have worked camps previously, but I think there may be a lot of variation. Im interested in what is available salary wise and would appreciate any insight, because I am currently helping put together a summer camp at the university at which I work. Knowing what other camps pay, will allow us to put together a fair compensation package.
Thanks in advance. |

I worked at a Kookmin bank winter camp a couple years ago.
3 weeks work
2 mill.
free airfare
free room, board, airport pick-up, accomodation and food during training, etc.
in general, 6 days/week, about 5 hours teaching and 2 or 3 hours of activity time
Qualifications? Nothing that I could see, although 5/6 foreign teachers had finished contracts already in Korea. |
