Two S. Korean children in U.S. arrested for alleged sexual assault
Two South Korean children studying in the United States were arrested by police there for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl and a two-year-old baby, South Korea's foreign ministry said Saturday. The two fifth-grade boys were staying at a Korean-American family's home when they allegedly sexually assaulted the fourth-grade girl, also from South Korea, and the host parents' baby daughter, the ministry said.

I don't know if I have to suscribe, or the article is just really short, but there is a definite lack of information there. Sexual assault can mean anything. Back home, I could have charged the 24 year old guy teacher at my school for sexual assault on numerous occasions. But I know it is just Korean touching, nothing sexual. I would like more details before I make a judgement.

Probably a "ddong-chim" misunderstanding. Confused

That's what I was thinking Smile Maybe it's urban legend but there was the story about the Korean kid who brought his little pencil sharpening exacto knife to school and ended up in a jail cell for carrying a weapon to class.
